The Latest...

Justin and I celebrated our five year anniversary on Friday and we went to see the Nutcracker, this was the only picture I could take because of the no picture taking rule. The Stage at the Nutcracker.
This was Madelyn's last day with Mackenzie (our neighbor) because her family moved on Sunday. Zachary and Isaac came over too and the kids watched "Finding Nemo" on my bed.
Our entire Sunday school class and their kids at the Christmas party.
Proof that Catharine is pulling up on everything!

Summer in December?

Watching Cinderella (my favorite movie) for the first time, while wearing Cinderella pajamas...she loved it!
Standing! Catharine is pulling up on everything! We are amazed. She is only 10 months old!!
Playing on the chapel steps
How pitiful is this face? She really was done with me taking pictures, can you tell?
Catharine in front of the Chapel at the Seminary. She was eating grass, yuk!
Madelyn playing in the box that Grandpa Richard sent presents in for Christmas!
Having a lay down tea party
Getting so big
Sleepy at the Christmas parade
Giant shopping cart at the parade
Madelyn and Alex Peters enjoying their "bling bling" from the parade
The Chapel at the Seminary, beautiful isn't it?
Madelyn made a little friend when she was playing at the seminary yesterday. She loved playing under this tree!
Moms try to hard to get good pictures of their kids together. This one, Madelyn is fake smiling and Catharine is like, "mom, seriously."
"Hmm...is there anything I can put in my mouth on this ground?"
Family shot at the Christmas parade next to Justin's hardware store in Wake Forest
Bling bling!

Well, maybe summer is a slight exxageration, but it is warm here! We are having a warm streak, and I hear cold weather will make a return visit soon. Justin went on a bike ride with a buddy today wearing a short sleeved shirt and shorts! Just a few days ago it was 40 degrees in the day time!!

Sickness update:

We are still staying home from church just to ensure there is no germ spreading. The girls are both on their way to being well, Madelyn more than Catharine. Catharine seems to stay sick a lot longer because of her immune system. She is so much better than last week though. In fact, a praise report, she has slept through the night with NO bottles for the past two nights!! Can you believe it? That was something I was really wanting, so I am praising God for that blessing. It feels so good to sleep all night again :)
Thank you for your prayers as our family continues to get over sickness.

Here are some recent pictures of what goes on around here...enjoy!
