OnE Car FaMilY

Well, we are on our first real day with only one vehicle. That is right folks. Justin sold his truck this week. It is truly a blessing, and very difficult at the same time. We are liquidating some things because come next July we will have to anyway. SO we prayed for an opportunity to sell it and He answered! Justin's boss from the hardware store actually bought it to use it as a work truck for the store and another business he co-owns. How funny that Justin will actually get to drive it sometimes still. Being a one car family will be challenging, but we know that it is a luxury that we can do without. We will appreciate your prayers as we make this adjustment.

We are still waiting to hear something from the IMB about our paperwork. We will let you know as soon as we hear something. Every week we get more excited about Africa. We talk about it all the time. We have decided to sell most of our things and store only things that are important to us. We have some things we need to get before we go, so selling all of our electronics and furniture will help fund a new computer, camera and some other things.

Thank you for your prayerful support of us. You are priceless to us! Enjoy the pictures! The girls are really so much fun right now.

Would you look at this fluffy hair!!! I blow dried it tonight and that was a huge mistake!! Poor thing. I hope she doesn't wake up looking like this for church tomorrow! We'll be wetting it again :)
I love this look she makes. She gets so tired of me taking pictures.
Catharine wants to crawl so bad!
Matching! Mema bought the girls these adorable red matching outfits from Children's Place. They look so sweet. Madelyn loves to match her sister. How fun. They are even both wearing red bows!
Catharine does the silliest things with her tongue! She is facinated with it...still learning how to use it to eat :)

Where the skies are so blue...

Even with the rain pouring down, Alabama has the bluest skies of anywhere I've been. I think the fact that it is home, makes rainy days here seem like blue skies. To be honest, there isn't really anything greatly beautful about this place, it is just home. Where so many memories have been made, so many dear friends and family live. It just feels good to be home.
We are only here until Monday...a very short trip, but loving every minute. Madelyn and Catharine are spending sweet time with Nana and Pop and Mema. It is just really good to be here. I will post lots of fun pictures when I get home.
Hope you have a great weekend.
