Another round of sick for the Martin girls. This time, Catharine and Elizabeth have strep symptoms. If confirmed, this will be 6 cases of strep in our house in the past 4 months! Yuk! We needed some new activities to fix our cabin fever...
SLIME

| Madelyn loved the slime the most, she played for over an hour with it! |

| Poor red eyed Elizabeth. She liked the way the slime was a solid and a liquid...it was fun! |

| Catharine and Elizabeth chose green and Madelyn, of course, chose pink. |

| Secret ingredient! You use equal parts of corn starch and water and a dab of paint. Though, I found that a little less water makes a better version. |

| Happy day...the mess is easy to clean up. They had fun "scrubbing" the floor when they were done playing with their slime. They have already begged to do this again, so we'll be putting this in our sick day idea box. |

you are a fun "sick day" mom. My mom made us lay on the couch or in the bed and watch TV while drinking some sort of drink. She always said, "If you are well enough to play...you are well enough to go to school." lol
