Flashbacks from UNC

As some of you know, Catharine has been fighting a cough for about a month now. She has seen the doctor a couple of times this month and they said she was fine. Her breathing changed a little yesterday evening, enough to take us to the pediatrician's office for express after hours care. We are so thankful they were open for after hour care or we would have gone to the hospital. Dr. Jill Dickerson treated Catharine with a breathing treatment because she could hear a little squeakiness in her lungs (Ahhh! No!!!) After the treatment the sound went away (Phew!) SO. We got home at 9PM to every fire truck in Wake Forest blocking the entrance to our apartments. Are you kidding me?? It was time to feed Catharine, and WAY past Madelyn's bedtime. I called our dear neighbors and they came to the rescue, yet again. We walked the girls home and Josh waited until the firetrucks moved so he could drive my car home. It turned out to be a small grease fire and everyone was o.k. What a night! I got Catharine up at 3:30 for another breathing treatment, which she loved. This morning she woke up sounding worse, but after another breathing treatment she sounded better. We are taking her today at 1:30 for another check-up before the weekend. Here's hoping we don't have to go to the hospital this weekend. Please pray the breathing treatments will be all that she needs!
